How To Apply
1: Fill the appplication form with all the details.
2: Affix one passport size photograph & enclose four extra copies.
3: Enclose a medical certificate , duly certified by a recognized physician.
4: Scanned color copy of passport , Xerox copy of passport & original to be sent at least 15 days prior to departure.
5: A demand draft of favouring Ae Travels. NEW DELHI.
Mode Of Payment
1: Booking amount to be deposited with the Application Form.
2: Balance amount payable at least 15 days priop to departure.
3: In case of foreign participants & NRI's, the bank transfers of 100% tour cost should reach us at least 15 days prior to departure.
Cancellation
1: Booking amount is non refundable , The booking amount will be forfeited irrespective of no. of days of intimation.
2: 25% cancellation levied from 14 days to10 days prior to departure.
3: 50% cancellation on less than 7 days intimation.
4- No refund will be given in case trip is cancelled 7 days prior to departure.
